Stir Fry Oyster Mushroom and Fish

Stir Fry Oyster Mushroom and Fish
This is a great recipe for those looking for high DHA Omega-3 fatty acid in their diet.  Not only is it tasty, but it's also very healthy.

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes

1 golden pompano fish or any kind of fish - cut
1 big oyster mushroom - cut diagonally
1/8 cup fermented black bean
2 cloves garlic - crack
1 big garlic - thinly slice
2 stems green onion - cut 2 inches long
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water

Heat a tbsp olive oil then fry the oyster mushroom.  When the juice is reduced, then add a tbsp butter and salt.  Continue cooking until the mushroom turns golden brown.  Set aside.

Using the same cooking pan, heat another two tbsp of butter and add the cracked garlic, slice ginger and the fish.  Fry until the fish is cooked and add the water and black bean.  Simmer until there is no more juice, then add the cooked mushroom and the green onion.  Mix it well and serve.
