Indonesian Corn Cake (Perkedel Jagung)

Indonesian Corn Cake
This is a classic Indonesian dish.  Every young kid growing up knows about it.  In Indonesia, it's called Perkedel Jagung.  It's a little sweet and full of flavors.  It can be served as an appetizer starter or go on the side with an entree.  Many folks have tried my Perkedel Jagung and they all loved it.

My own original recipe.
