My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes/ Cook Time 15 minutes
Indonesian Corn Cake - Perkedel Jagung
Ingredients:
- 2 medium size fresh corns
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3 green onion - slice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Oil to pan fry
- Trim the corns with a knife and mix all the ingredients above, then pan fry the mixed corn cake until golden over medium heat.
