Halibut Ball in Almond
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 25 minutes

Halibut Ball in Almond

  • 8 oz halibut fish or any white fish - roughly chopped
  • 1 package or 1/2 cup slice almond
  • 2 stems fresh thyme - trimmed
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzles
  • Pinch of salt
Cooking Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except for the olive oil and almond. 
  2. Then with your hand, make a circle shape to make the halibut balls. Roll the halibut balls into the sliced almond and place them onto a baking pan.  Drizzle them with olive oil and bake over 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden depending on the size of the halibut ball you had made. 
  3. Serve.
