Fried Udon in XO Sauce |
This is a popular dish with XO sauce. XO sauce can be bought at any Asian supermarket. It can go for up to $20 plus dollars for the Lee Kum Kee brand. This is the best XO sauce. I highly recommend it. Whenever I make this dish, families always want more. They can't just have one bite.
My own original recipe.
