Fish Cake on Bell Pepper

Fish Cake on Bell Pepper
This is one of the menu items in a quality Chinese Dim Sum restaurant.  Many people who have tried this fish cake with bell pepper always ask for more.  The fish cake is actually real fish fillet.  It's home made and natural.  That's why it's so good.

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


1 big red bell pepper or any bell pepper
1 medium white fish fillet
Vegetable oil to fry

For The Seasoning:

1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped green onion
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder


Clean the fish and blend it by using a food processor along with all the seasoning above until it is smooth, then add the coriander leaves and green onion.  When done, it's called "fish cake."  Cut the bell pepper in the shape as you desire and fill with the fish cake and pan fry with a little vegetable oil until the fish cake becomes firm.  Serve with soy sauce or chili sauce if you like.
