Easy Indonesian Pan Fry Egg Wrap (Martabak Telor)
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes

Easy Indonesian Pan Fry Egg Wrap (Martabak Telor)

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 layers spring roll skin
  • 1 bunch green onion - slice
  • 2 fresh chicken sausages - uncooked type
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil to pan fry
Cooking Directions:
  1. Squeezed out the chicken sausages from the casing and fry until golden. Place the cooked chicken sausages in a bowl and mix with two eggs with all the ingredients above. Heat the oil over medium-low heat and place two layers of the spring roll skins and pour half of mixed egg onto it, then wrap it. Do the same thing to the other half and make sure there's no leakage. 
  2. Fry the egg wrap until the egg inside becomes firm or golden and crisp. 
  3. Serve while hot.
Note: You can wrap the mixed egg on a plate if that makes it easier, then fry it.
