Stir Fry Lamb and Spinach

Stir Fry Lamb and Spinach
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


8 oz lamb
2 to 3 oz baby spinach
2 jalapenos - cut long strip
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tbsp water
Some salt 


Cut the lamb in the shape as you desire and marinate with the seasoning above.  Fry the lamb in a non-stick frying pan with no oil until golden then add the water, jalapeno and spinach.  Cook until the spinach and the jalapeno are wilted.  Serve.
