Salmon with Parmesan Cheese

Salmon with Parmesan Cheese
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients:

2 lb salmon - skin on
1 cup crusted crouton
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
5 tbsp olive oil
2 stems fresh rosemary
Pinch of salt

Method:

Wash and dry the salmon.  Then cut the salmon into three parts and marinate all three parts evenly with two tbsp olive oil, ground black pepper,  dried basil and pinch of salt.  In a bowl, mix the crusted croutons, two tbsp olive oil and grated parmesan cheese together and place them on top of the salmon.  Then, keep in refrigerator over night or a minimum of 3 hours.

Heat one tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, then add the rosemary and move the rosemary to the side of the skillet.  Next, fry the marinated salmon for 3 minutes and continue cooking in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes (depending on how thick your salmon is) over 350 degrees.
