Grilled Chicken on Bamboo Skewer

Grilled Chicken on Bamboo Skewer
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


2 chicken breasts
1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tbsp ground
2 teaspoon garlic powder
Some salt
2 tbsp olive oil
12 bamboo skewers (soak before use)


Mix the basil, grated cheddar cheese and the butter together.  Cut the chicken the same size as a baby's fist and flatten it by using a meat tenderizer.  Place one teaspoon of the mix stuffing at the edge of the chicken and roll it, make sure to cover all the stuffing and stick three pieces of the stuffed chickens into the bamboo skewer sticks until there is no more.  There should be three pieces of stuffed chickens per bamboo skewer like the picture above.

Gently marinate the chicken with ground black pepper, garlic powder, olive oil and some salt then grill until golden.
