Enoki Mushroom Beef Roll in black Pepper Sauce
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


1 package enoki mushroom
5 oz beef steak - slice 1/2 inch thick
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon garlic powder

For The Sauce:

1 tbsp black pepper sauce (Lee Kum Kee Brand)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/3 cup chicken stock or water
1/3 teaspoon sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce


Mix all the ingredients for the sauce above in a bowl, then simmer over medium-low heat until it is thicken.  Set aside.

Marinate the sliced beef with a tbsp soy sauce, olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder and let it sit for ten to twelve minutes.  Cut the enoki mushroom and divide it according to how much you cut the beef, then roll the beef into the enoki mushroom.  Grill the beef three minutes on each sides, then serve with the black pepper sauce.
