Easy Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce

Easy Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

3/4 box of firm tofu - cut dice
1/2 package of Indonesia satay sauce (bumbu sate - get in Asian grocery store)
Bamboo skewers (soak before use)
olive oil for grease

For The Tofu:

1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt

Method:

Marinate the tofu with the seasoning above for about two hours, then stick the marinated tofu onto the bamboo skewers.  Grill the tofu satay in a greased griller over medium heat.  Follow the directions on how to make the peanut sauce on the packaging (bumbu sate) and serve the grilled tofu with the peanut sauce.
