Baked Fresh Crab Meat

Baked Fresh Crab Meat
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


1 1/2 cup fresh crab meat
1 1/2 tbsp melted salted butter
1/3 cup dice Gruyere cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - save half for sprinkles
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 scallop shells


Mix all the ingredients together and fill the scallop shell with them.  Then sprinkle the parmesan cheese you saved earlier.  Baked for ten to twelve minutes or until golden brown.  Serve while it is hot and sprinkle with some chopped fresh basil.
