Shimeji Japanese Mushrooms and Swai Filet
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


1 palm size swai filet
1 box Shimeji Japanese mushroom
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil to fry
Some salt


Slice the fish filet 3/4 inches diagonally and coat them with the cornstarch then fry until they're a little brown.  Heat 1 1/2 tbsp butter and fry the mushrooms until there is no more juice and looks golden.  Add the black pepper and some salt.  Add the fried fish and stir it until the seasoning mixes evenly.  Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve.
