Hawthorn Berry Tea (San Cha)
As we know, there are many benefits from drinking Hawthorn Berry Tea.  These benefits include lowering cholesterol levels, reducing high blood pressure, increasing better blood flow, and have a better working heart.  The San Cha or Hawthorn Berry Tea has many antioxidants that help fight against viruses and bacteria.  Hawthorn Berry Teas are also great to help with weight loss. 

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 35 minutes

Ingredients:

2 liters water
1/3 cup of dried hawthorn berry (you can buy in Chinese grocery store)
1 size kid fist rock sugar

Method:

Bring to boil the water, add the hawthorn berries and boil over high heat for 10 minutes and continue cooking over low heat until the water reduces to become one liter.  Serve with ice cube.  It can also be saved for a few days in the refrigerator.

You also can brew 4 to 5 dried hawthorns on one cup of boiling water for a few minutes just like you brew tea, then serve.
