Fried Tuna Albacore with Vegetables

Fried Tuna Albacore with Vegetables
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 palm size tuna albacore
1/4 cup dried porcini mushroom - soaked and chopped
2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 cup Panko bread crumb
Vegetable oil to fry
Some salt

For The Vegetables:

1 red bell pepper - cut
1 yellow bell pepper - cut
1 handful French bean
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp butter
Ground black pepper and salt

Method:

Mix together the chopped porcini, oregano, garlic powder, ground black pepper and some salt.  Cut the clean tuna albacore open like a butterfly and place the mixed seasoning in the middle then seal it back .  Sprinkle the outer part of the tuna with some salt.  Place the flour, egg (beaten) and the bread crumb in three different plates, then coat the sealed tuna with flour, the egg and bread crumb then fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden. 

Using a different pan, bring to boil 1/2 cup chicken broth and add the French beans, ground black pepper and some salt.  Boil for one minute with the cover on, then add the red and yellow bell peppers.  Simmer in a tbsp of butter to thicken the sauce.  Transfer into a serving plate and slice the cooked tuna on top.  Similar to the picture above.
