Bite Size Fried Fish

Bite Size Fried Fish
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


1 medium Swai filet or any white fish
1 egg
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup Panko bread crumb
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper and pinch of salt
Vegetable oil to fry


Clean and cut the fish filet into big dices and marinate with dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper and pinch of salt.  In three different plates, place the flour, bread crumb and beat the egg.

Cover the marinated fish with the flour, then to the egg, then to the bread crumb.  Fry them until golden and crisp.  Serve with tomato sauce, chili sauce or even sour cream.
