Tuna Wrapped Turkey Bacon

Tuna Wrapped Turkey Bacon
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


1 can white tuna (5oz)
8 turkey bacon
Some slices of mozzarella cheese
1 egg white
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
black pepper and salt


Squeeze the liquid from the tuna as much as you can, then mix the tuna with the egg white, dried basil, garlic powder, black pepper, flour and pinch of salt. 

On a cutting board, place the the turkey bacon as you see on the picture below.  Spoon some tuna into the turkey and put a slice of mozzarella cheese in the middle.  Then cover with some of the mixed tuna.  Fold the edge of the turkey bacon one by one on top of each other, then fry in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden.
