|Stir Fry Fish with Celery|
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes
1 palm size of swai fish fillet
2 stems celery - cut
1 minced clove garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
Bring to boil the celery for one minute then put into cold or ice water to stop the cooking process for the celery.
Cut the fish fillet and coat them with the cornstarch, then fry them with a tbsp olive oil over medium heat until golden. With the remaining oil, fry the garlic until fragrant then add the water and soy sauce. Let it boil for a few seconds. Add the fried fish and the boiled celery. Simmer for a few seconds, then transfer to a serving plate.
You can make the juice thick with the mixed water and some cornstarch.
