Spinach Chanterelle Mushroom with Lamb Chop

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


1 cup cooked spinach
1/4 cup chanterelle mushroom - soaked
1 tbsp butter
1 clove minced garlic
Black pepper and salt

For The Lamb Chop:

4 lamb chops
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp fennel seed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Black pepper and salt


Marinate the lamb chop with all the ingredients and grill or pan fry until brown.

Heat a tbsp of butter over medium-low heat, stir it until brown.  Add the minced garlic and fry until fragrant then add the chanterelle mushroom.  Simmer in the spinach until they're well mixed and turn off the heat.

Transfer the lamb chop and the spinach onto a serving plate and serve with rice.
