Shrimp in Tofu Skin

Shrimp in Tofu Skin
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 lb shrimp - peel the shell
2 sheets tofu skin - soaked
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Some salt
1/2  tbsp olive oil or less

Method:

Chop the shrimps with a big Chinese knife or by using a food processor and place them in a medium bowl.  Add the garlic powder, pepper powder, sesame oil, coriander leaves and pinch of salt and mix them well.

Cut the tofu skin into small sizes then spoon the shrimp paste on the tofu skin and fold over the tofu skin.  Let the edge of the tofu skin open, it will seal by itself when you fry later.

Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat or just rub the pan with a little oil.  Fry the shrimp until golden or until the inside is firm.  Serve with your favorite chili sauce.
