|Ramen Noodle Hong Kong Style|
Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cook Time 20 minutes
1/2 package dried ramen noodles - any kind
Some slices of red bell peppers
Some mushrooms - any kind - wash and cut
2 oz tender beef - long strip slices
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce
1 minced fresh garlic
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
Bring to boil the ramen noodles and place on a serving plate.
Heat oil over medium heat and fry the beef until a little golden and set aside. Using the same pan, fry the garlic until fragrant and add the mushroom and red bell peppers. In a bowl, mix the hoisin sauce or oyster sauce, soy sauce, water and cornstarch and add them into the pan. Then cook until the juice is thicken.
Add the cooked beef into the pan and cook for a few seconds, then pour them into the cooked noodle and sprinkle with some spring onions.
