Indonesian Cookies

Indonesian Cookies
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 35 minutes

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter - room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Home made pineapple jam or cherry jam
You will need a cake decoration coupler similar to the picture on the bottom

Method:

Beat the butter and sugar until they're fluffy, then add the vanilla extract and the egg one at a time.  Add the flour and gently mix them with the spatula, then cover with a plastic wrap to prevent it from drying up.

Place the dough inside the cake decoration.  Squeeze out the dough in the shape of the coupler onto the greased baking pan.  Using a bamboo skewer get some pineapple jam and place the jam in the middle of the cookies, then bake over 325 degrees until golden. Serve.
