Grilled Jalapeno

Grilled Jalapeno
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

6 big jalapeno peppers - stem on
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (save some for sprinkles)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup roughly crushed crouton

Method:

Wash and cut 1/3 part of jalapeno then empty the seeds.  Mix all the ingredients except for the croutons then fill the jalapeno with the cheese stuffing.  Next sprinkles all the croutons and parmesan cheese on the jalapeno evenly.  Grill the jalapeno for 15 minutes and serve while it's hot.
