Grilled Calamari on Skewer Sticks |
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes
Ingredients:
3/4 lb calamari (ready to use)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Some salt
Some bamboo skewers (soak before use)
Method:
Mix all the seasoning together in a small bowl. Stick the calamari to the bamboo skewer sticks and sprinkle the mixed seasoning evenly on them, then grill until golden.
