Fried Chicken Wings in Lemongrass |
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 20 minutes
Ingredients:
6 whole chicken wings
2 tbsp grated lemongrass
3 grated cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
Salt
Vegetable oil to fry
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator overnight or at least 3 hours. Fry the chicken wings in a hot oil pan over medium hot until golden.
