Crab Meat in Scallop Shell

Crab Meat in Scallop Shell
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


Fresh crab meat from one medium crab
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated swiss cheese
Some slices of mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
8 scallop shells


Place the crab meat into the scallop shells, then add the grated parmesan cheese, swiss cheese and sliced mozzarella cheese evenly into the crab meat.  Sprinkle them with dried parsley and melted butter, then toast them for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.  Serve.
