Chinese Long Bean with Tofu

Chinese Long Bean with Tofu
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 bunch of Chinese long bean
1/2 package of firm tofu
1 cracked fresh garlic
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp regular soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolve in 1 tbsp water
Olive oil

Method:

Cut the tofu and pan fry until golden.  Using the same pan, fry the garlic until fragrant and add the long bean, water, dark soy sauce, regular soy sauce and the cooked tofu.  Cover and cook until the long bean is cooked but still crunchy then add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.  Serve.
