Beef Shrimp and Fish in Bamboo Skewer
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes


Some bamboo skewers

For the Beef:

1 cup of minced beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5 turkey bacon - finely chopped
Some salt

For the Shrimp:

1 cup minced shrimp
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Some salt and a few turkey bacon

For the Fish:

1 basa fillet - blend using a food processor
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper powder
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
Some salt


Mix all the beef ingredients together, then make a shape as you desire and set aside.  You can wrap the shrimp or the fish with tiny slices of bacon to make it different.  Do the same thing for the other, when it is done stick the beef, the shrimp and the fish into the bamboo skewer then grill for 3 to 4 minutes one side. Then 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.  Put on a plate and serve.
