BBQ Chicken with Cream Cheese

BBQ Chicken with Cream Cheese

1 boneless chicken breast
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil

For The Creamy Cheese:

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup grated sheep milk cheese or white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 cup whole milk
5 button mushroom - thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Ground black pepper and salt


Clean the chicken and marinate with all the ingredients and barbecue it until golden.  Let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting.

Heat one tbsp olive oil over medium heat and fry the mushroom with some salt and ground black pepper until it is caramelize then set aside.

Using the same pan, melt the butter and add the flour.  Stir it until they're smooth and add the milk.  When it almost boils, add the grated cheese and keep stirring until there is no more lump.  Add the mushroom and transfer onto a serving bowl.  Serve with the sliced BBQ chicken.
