Tofu Wrap in Spinach

Tofu Wrap in Spinach
This is a great vegetarian recipe with high protein and very healthy.

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes

Best vegetarian: Tofu Wrap in Spinach

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed firm tofu
  • 20 spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 string spring onion - chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Asian shrimp crackers - crushed
Cooking Directions:
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together (except for the spinach). 
  2. On a cutting board, lay a few leaves of spinach then wrap a spoonful of the mixed tofu into it. 
  3. Continue until they're all finished, then place them in a steamer. 
  4. Steam them for 12 to 15 minutes, and serve.
