Spicy Chicken Wing


Spicy Chicken Wing
This spicy chicken wing recipe is the perfect snack for any day of the week.  It's super good and easy to make.

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 20 minutes
Spicy Chicken Wing

Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon grass
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or more
  • 2 cloves grated fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • vegetable oil to deep fry
  • ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
For The chili Sauce:
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp hot water
  • salt to taste
Cooking Directions:
  1. Cut or separate the wings and wash them, then marinate with grated lemon grass, grated garlic, cayenne pepper and salt for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Cut the chillies and remove the seeds, then chop it. 
  3. Cut and squeeze the lime into a small bowl along with the chopped chillies, then add the grated garlic and some salt to taste. Whisk in hot water until they're blended well.
  4. In a bowl, mix the all purpose flour with ground black pepper, garlic powder and salt.
  5. Dust the marinated wings with the mixed flour and fry it into a hot deep frying pan over medium heat until golden and crisp. 
  6. Drain them in an oil rack and serve with the spicy chili lime.
