Best Roasted Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Peel and grate the garlic and mix with salt and black pepper.
- Rub the chicken clean with the mix seasoning evenly and spread the dried thyme all over the chicken, then keep it in the refrigerator for about two hours or more.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the chicken in the roaster and add some water on the roaster pan so the chicken will not become too dry.
- Baked the chicken until golden, it will take about two hours so check often and add some water if there is no water on the roaster pan.
- Serve with Indonesian Yellow Rice or Baked Mashed Potato in Crumbs.
