The Best Mini Shrimp Burger
Ingredients:
- Some mini or regular burger buns
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium avocados
- Lettuce
- onion sprout or just use tiny sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cooking cream
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- ground black pepper and salt
- 1 cup chopped shrimp
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix together all the burger ingredients.
- Place a plastic wrapper on the counter top and rub with a little water then spoon some of the mixed shrimp into it.
- Wet your hands and make a circle shape the same size as the burger bun you have, then refrigerate until it firms for about an hour or more.
- In a bowl, mix the spread ingredients and set aside.
- Grill the burger shrimps until brown.
- Cut and toast the burger buns, spread the burger spread and place some lettuce, sliced tomato and grilled shrimp burger.
- Finally, place some sliced avocados on top of the burger shrimp, then sprinkle with onion sprout or cut green onion.
