Lasagna Chicken Roll |
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cook Time 45 minutes
Perfect Lasagna Chicken Roll Made Easy
Ingredients:
- 6 sheets lasagna
- 1/3 cup spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and some for sprinkle
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup minced chicken
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- black pepper and salt
- 1 can tomato sauce (4oz)
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoon dried basil
- black pepper and salt
- Put together all ingredients for the chicken sausages until thicken and the texture becomes elastic, then set aside.
- Fry the garlic until fragrant, add the chopped fresh tomato, dried basil, black pepper and salt then cook until it boils and becomes a little thick.
- Mix the mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg together.
- Bring to boil the lasagna in salted water half cooked and lay one of them on a cutting board, then spread some tomato sauce and some of mixed cheese on it.
- With your hands, spread and add a pinch of the chicken sausages and some of the spinach.
- Finally, roll the lasagna and place onto an oven safe plate or baking pan. Do the same thing until all are done and sprinkle them with parmesan cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the heavy cream and the milk, and whisk them with a pinch of salt, then pour them in between the rolled lasagna.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy this tasty lasagna.
