Chicken Teriyaki |
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 15 minutes
Best Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken - boneless
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce and cook over medium-low heat until thickened. Do not use all the teriyaki sauce if it too much, otherwise it will be too rich or too salty.
- Using a non-stick pan, fry the chicken until golden or cooked then add the teriyaki sauce.
- Stir until they are all mixed together and thickened.
- Serve with hot rice.
