Baked Fennel and Bell Pepper

Baked Fennel and Bell Pepper
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time 20 minutes
Baked Fennel and Bell Pepper

Ingredients:
  • 1 bulb of fennel bulb of fennel
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cloves - mashed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
Cooking Directions:
  1. Cut the vegetables in the shape as you desire and mix them well with the ingredients above. 
  2. Place them in a baking pan and bake them for 15 to 20 minutes. 
  3. Garnish with some fennel leaves and serve.
