Baked Fennel and Bell Pepper
Ingredients:
- 1 bulb of fennel bulb of fennel
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cloves - mashed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Cut the vegetables in the shape as you desire and mix them well with the ingredients above.
- Place them in a baking pan and bake them for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Garnish with some fennel leaves and serve.
