Stuffed Chicken

Stuffed Chicken
I got this recipe from Create TV, but I added seaweed and some of my own ingredients for more taste.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 sheets of seaweed
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 bread crumb
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
  • ground black pepper
  • pinch of salt to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse chicken breast in water and dry it with paper towel, rub them with pinch of salt. Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and with knife make a pocket from one side to the tail of the chicken right in the middle. Make sure don't cut through otherwise the cheese will leak out. Do the same thing with the other chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix all together the parmesan, mozzarella, dill, black pepper and pinch of salt, then roll it on the two sheets of seaweed. When it is done, stuff them into the pocket of the chicken breasts and sprinkle the chicken with bread crumb. Make sure to seal the pocket by pressing the opening of the meat together then bake it for 20 minutes or as you desire.
