Delicious Stuffed mushroom

Delicious Stuffed mushroom
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 20 minutes

Delicious Stuffed mushroom

  • 3 big fresh mushroom (remove the stalk and do not throw it away, wash it and mince it for stuffing)
  • 1/2 cup cooked baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup cane or jar artichoke (cut into a small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (keep a little bit for sprinkle)
  • 1/2 cup of pecorino Romano
  • 1/2 cup of crouton (crush it)
  • 2 layers of turkey bacon (grill it or pan fry it, then cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine if you like
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Directions:
  1. Clean the mushroom with a wet paper towel. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the chicken broth or white wine) together in a large bowl then stuff it into the mushroom, lay them in a baking pan, then pour the chicken broth in between the mushroom into the baking pan (this trick will not dry or burn the mushroom and also add more flavor to the mushroom). 
  3. Then sprinkle the mushrooms with parmesan cheese that you saved for sprinkle from the above ingredients and bake them for 20 minutes. 
  4. Serve.
