Baked Manicotti and Asparagus

Baked Manicotti and Asparagus
Adapted recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 20 minutes
Baked Manicotti and Asparagus

Ingredients:
  • 6 to 8 manicotti pasta
  • 1 handful asparagus
  • 1 cup heavy cream or more
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh parsley to sprinkles
Cooking Directions:
  1. Bring to boil the manicotti pasta with salt and olive oil only half cooked. 
  2. Then wash the asparagus and cut them the same length as the manicotti pasta, then stuff them into the manicotti pasta. 
  3. In a baking pan or plate (oven safe), lay the stuffed manicotti.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, add ground black pepper and salt then pour into the baking pan. 
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake the stuffed manicotti until brown, transfer to a serving plate then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
